Managed infrastructure
Your servers, looked after.
Server administration, monitoring, backup planning and patching for infrastructure you already run — on the cloud or VPS provider you already use — within support terms we agree with you up front.
Sound familiar?
The problems this service fixes.
- 01Nobody is clearly responsible for the servers.
- 02Updates get skipped because nobody wants to break production.
- 03Backups exist, but nobody has tried restoring one.
- 04SSL certificates expire and disks fill up without warning.
Capabilities
What's covered.
Server administration
User access, services, web servers, databases and configuration managed and kept consistent.

Updates & patching
Operating system and package updates applied on a schedule, with a plan for reboots and rollbacks.
Infrastructure maintenance
Disk clean-ups, log rotation, certificate renewals and capacity reviews before they become outages.
Incident response
When something breaks, we investigate and restore service within the support terms agreed with you.
Operational assistance
A technical point of contact for hosting questions, vendor issues and planned changes.
What you get

How we work
A clear process, start to finish.
01
Review
We map your servers, services, access and backups, and note the risks.
02
Agree terms
Support hours, response expectations and what's included are agreed in writing.
03
Stabilise
Monitoring, backups and pending updates are put in order first.
04
Operate
Ongoing administration, patching and maintenance under the agreed terms.
Engagement & pricing
How working together works.
Infrastructure review first
We look at what you run before quoting, so the price matches the real workload.
Quoted to your setup
The price depends on what you run and what's included, and is agreed before work starts.
Clear support terms
Support hours and response expectations are agreed in writing — no vague promises.
FAQ
Common questions.
Do I need to host with NevaraCloud?
No. Managed infrastructure covers servers you already run with other providers. If you'd rather not run servers at all, a managed hosting plan may be a better fit.
Do you provide 24/7 support?
Not as standard. Support hours are Monday to Sunday, 9am–10pm Sri Lanka time. Response expectations are agreed in writing before work starts.
Is there an uptime guarantee?
We don't promise a fixed SLA for infrastructure we don't fully control. What's monitored, how incidents are handled and how quickly we respond are agreed with you up front.
How is managed infrastructure priced?
We quote after reviewing your setup and agreeing what's included. You get the price in writing before work starts.
What access do you need?
Only what the agreed work requires — usually a named SSH user or a cloud account role with limited permissions, which you can revoke at any time.
